I attended church yesterday with ML and Set Meal (Darren).
Pastor Prince was real funny, i thought he would talk with an accent cause he look angmoh-ish.
But he didnt!(i was dragged -_-)

Later on i met Blossom.
Hunting for prom stuffs started.

I didnt get much work done this weekend.
I went gym with G today and yeah felt much more healthier (okay it lies with the mind).
Plus my fancination with retail therapy started. =X

For the reason for my disappearance, simple, blogger is driving me nuts.
I wanted to upload pics last time but it always cock up so i gave up on posting anything.
At times, yeah i want to say something but eventually i couldnt put them in words.

Prelim is finally over.
However, this is also the last school exam we will be taking in NAS.
Yeah we will be sitting in this manner and doing the same kind of papers again but its no longer for the school.
I love my sitting position cause i can see everyone and.... HAHHAHA.

Prelim was okay, some papers difficult, some papers managable.
But expected.
During these days, our batch seem detached from the other levels in school since we dont get to see one another often.
Our lives are getting more and more detached from the school.
We will be graduating in 2 weeks time.
Gosh.
I feel old.

So for the next few days, im gonna dangle my toes and relax a bit before going back to studying.
Even though already heard friends who are gonna mug hard straight, i think we each deserve a short break to catch a cup of ice water before continuing the marathon which finish is just round the corner.

This year, I finally tied my tie properly for 3 occasions: Chinese Oral, Photo taking, English Oral.

Though its pretty straggling, it looks better being neat.

Some of us had a belated Birthday Bash to Ridhwan on Fri.

Most of us woke up in the wee hours of 5.30am that morning to go for the Safra Run.

It was a mixture of my friends and Zena's friends, so its pretty cool.

It was my first marathon so i wanted to know how does it feel like, and boy it felt shiok!

We went for the 6km run which is the basic one for a start.
There were clutters of people gathered around.

Darren and I tried singing while running, and this attracted quite a fair bit of attention from the runners.

But soon, we were short of breath (okay, its only me) so stopped.

Meridians.

Ngee Ann Muscles.

Accomplished!

This week, we got back our Chinese results.

Congrats to all who got As!

And dont get disheartened to those who didnt get it YET.

I didnt get it too, but oh well.

Just have to pick myself up and continue on, what else.

For English Oral, i tried my best to calm my nerves down.

They are the ones who always got me haywire.

3 more months before O's are over and we, the graduating classes, will be officially stepping out of the secondary school phrase.
How fast is it.
Im trying to make full use of my time with everyone i know.
I am glad that i get to know some people better during these past few months, but at the same time i feel that i got distanced with some too.
I will miss everyone.

Time has passed passed real quick these days, doing typical normal things.
Despite them being small and silly sometimes, they are what make up pieces of memory.
Eg. Displaying our identical staplers to everyone (Me and HT) or playing pretend with the guides' "HYPY YOGHURT" or just kajiao-ing suru or making est tickle my legs cause it feels good or making keith more "feminine".
HAHAHHA.

We went FOP last sat at NATIONAL INDOOR STADIUM.
Okay, SINGAPORE INDOOR STADIUM. (I said it wrongly the other time)

Rules were getting stricter.
Like not playing poker and having bag checks.

I was being defiant by purposely popping a Hello Panda in my mouth while standing in the MRT station.
Okay that was childish but oh well.

ML, Darren and me got fined for drinking water WHEN WE WERE ALREADY OUT OF THE GATES OF THE MRT STATION.
Thinking bout it got me seriously pissed off again.
We didnt know we weren't allowed to drink even when we were at the concourse area.
Screw those warnings, they didnt specify.

Screw that f***face who unreasonably caught us.

Thank God my parents understood the situation when they found out later on.

There's more than 300+ ppl caught for the past weekend.

Unfair and unreasonable. *shakes head*

So we would just wait for the letter to come and decide what to do next.

I have to apologize for me talking in a snappy tone at times for the past week 'cause i got a wee bit frustrated by work.

And i think i need stress management.

I've been hitting people (sorry C & K) and feeling bad later on.

Yesterday I went Hillsong United Concert with ML, Candice, Alster, Pam, Rach, Kenneth, Darren, Daph, Yuhin, Ben Chen, Craig and me.

The place was full house, and really could feel everyone's anticipation. =)

The week was slowly falling into a pattern, and i kinda got the hang of it.

I attended night study on Wed and Fri.

Wed, we studied at the benches outside classrooms with music blasting from the stereo in the classroom.

It was our private sector there and we were all high rather than concentrating.

HAHAHA.

Fri, we studied at library, inside the meeting room.

My Dad got famous cause he volunteered to be there to help out.

In the end, the place got a bit noisy cause Waihon came in and gave us a number pattern to guess.

I solved it! =D

But have to say, the number pattern is sure creative.

I know people might get grossed out but i love being barefooted.

So i will take any chance to take off my shoes.

I feel suffocated in shoes. =X

So i would prefer slippers over any shoewear.

I finally brought jacket to school to fight off the harsh weather condition inside the small contained 4r3 classroom.

Monday there were the Asian Youth Game people who passed by our school with the lighted torches.

Im still in the holiday mode.

Happy Belated Father's Day.

Sat went Hort Park with ML, Haziq, Zhi, Darren & JR.

Our half-year-dream finally fulfilled! =D

I wasnt in the best of mood at the beginning of the day so pardon me.

We started from Alexandra Arch, the exact oppos direction i took with my family last time.

ML: Must touch touch see edible or not. =P

ML was deemed as the oddest that day due to the many "odd" things we found on her.

It was really steep!

I think i can work at the supermarket now.
Ive been going to Giant/Ntuc for the past few days.
Potential auntie already. =S

We met some R6-ians and headed over to buy food and utensils.

After settling it, we wanted to take the inner bus in ECP but luckily Pearlyn checked Iris and found that the bus was not in service that day!

Some of the girls flew kites and the rest started the bbq.

We needed knife to cut the food so i called YeeSi and asked her what time shes coming.

Sentosa Trip

Yesterday we went Sentosa!
Before that some of us went to Giant to buy some stuffs to make.

First customers of the day at 0800am!

Went over to my hse to make the food.

We are the "zippers"!

We were mostly in high spirits and waved to everyone on the way.
Luckily the weather was great!

We went Tanjong Beach as we think that it will be less crowded.

Swimsuit babe.

We buried people.

And did sun tanning.

And not to forget jump shots.

We had our lunch over there.
With SAND inside the sandwiches.

I was saying Ben Chong's skin tone is like milk chocolate.

We went into National Geographic and i got attracted to the cooling chamber where you have to pay 1 buck to freeze yourself in there.

I was hesitating 'cause its a once in a lifetime experience but in the end, i didnt do so.

Oh well, next time then.

Today was boring at home.

Saturday, had the usual tuition and after that went to check out the soccer match and support MinLin & my class (which is the same lah, 2R6'07!).
ML, Zhi, me and Daph (yes shes our side) supported R6 while the other team were complaining they dont have anyone coming to support them.

I wanted to wear, but then its kind of wet and sweaty by some particular goalkeeper *coughs* so i did this instead.
I tried kicking the ball and then my slipper went flying and the rest were laughing at me. =O

Its been long since i seen Ms Jane!
This is the first time she doesnt call our (the sec 4s) names during lessons.
I feel weird.
We had a mini celebration for Mdm Jamilah whos leaving soon.
We prepared cake and bouquet of flowers and photograph.
We crashed the VP's room to store the cake as we cant find any freezer.
Yes, i will sure miss Mdm J when she left.

I kept having dreams these days.
I liked sharing it with the people i dreamt of, so if anyone finds it annoying, please do tell me. =)

Passed by this at the back of the hospital the other day.

Its been intensive mother tongue graduation now!
But oh well, Chinese is on monday. =X
Yes, sure benefitted a lot thru these 2 weeks but i still dont feel prepared.

Friday, watch Night At the Museum 2 with R6 peers.
We pushed back 2 timeslot to watch.
Movie was alright, funny at times.

Heard lots of neg comments just when im bout to watch the movie, but oh well.

Saturday after tuition, peers (Geraldine, Jolene, Sherina and later Denise) hung out.
They came over to my house and played poker.
They made me speak chinese and if i said English, i had to do pumping. -_-
'Cause they are all hmt students.
And punishment for poker was chinese idioms and sing songs in chinese.

Eg: London Bridge, Merry Christmas, Mary had a lil lamb IN CHINESE.
We literally translate, ahhaha.

We went over to Denise's after that.

Its 2am on sunday.
I have much thoughts to pin down, but decided not.

Friday, 15 May 2009, Chinese Paper III

Amath paper II & Chem paper on thurs.
Both papers were tough, i had to say.
But oh well.
I wonder how did i fare for this MYE.
Didnt think i perform well.
But, there's room for improvement to correct my mistakes, so i guess i will leave it as it is for now.

After the 45 min test, some of the class peers headed down to cycle from ECP to S'pore Flyers and back. (& for those with own bikes, even further)

Some of us crashed Darren's house to study and Yuhin ended up like this within mins of seeing him.

I was staring at Amath ques with hatred.
Swear i can burn a hole thru the papers.
Never mind, i shall learn to love them.

These days been studying, studying.
Today wasnt a really great day.
I was in 100% serious mode.
So i feel that im in a thick plastic bubble, looking out at things outside.
People outside cant hear me no matter how hard i pound and shout at the bubble wall.
I know i can break the wall, and it will be 100% slack mode.
However, i know i wont be able to get back to 100% serious mode when the time comes.
I am breathless in this supposedly- air-bubble, yet i cant break this damned bubble.
So conclusion, it just suck.

There's this one-sec moment that i almost lost control.
I felt all the emotions rushing out at the same time.

My main weakness was my failure with time management. =(
So i seriously need to work on that.

Had Clique lunch on Tues. =)

Thursday had Clinic tuition along with some of the tuition peers.

Without Jolene around, i think im the noisest around that day.

I was wee bit hyper, especially with MinLin's "ding-stink" (distinct) real roots.

Got me cracking up.

Halfway, Geraldine, Naomi and I went down to "da bao" for picnic upstairs.
We shopped at the bakery and Sheng Siong. (HAHAHAH)

I havent seen Naomi for a long time since she changed branch!

After that had my part 1 dinner along with Min Lin, Zhi and Darren (need to pass him stuffs).

Darren and Zhi shared this big pot of Curry Fishhead.

Friday after last paper of the week (with lots of rain and thunder before sun peeks out),I hang out with Fai.
& Guess what i saw before i left the house...

So i went to borrow Daredevil, Wonderwoman and Buffy the Vampire Slayer.

Saturday had a morning jog with Zena.

Got locked out of the house 'cause sis didnt hear me knocking at the door for 15 mins!

Was wondering whats going on.

Went over to Grandma's house to get spare key and ended up playing Old Maid with lil cousins.

Study and then shopped for Mother Day's present with Zena, Daph, Yuhin and Darren.

Had weee bit trouble finding anything suitable.

In the end, we ended up in The Body Shop.

It was studying whole week.
I stayed back for night study on Mon and Tues.
Monday, i managed to concentrate.
After studying, we walked thru the school's old building and The Jungle.
Eh, it was alright at first.
But if i think back bout it at night, it just gives me the creeps.

Tuesday, i didnt get to concentrate that much.
Thus, i was pissed at Emath. =(

I stayed home and studied today.

Time is tight on our hands now.

Feeling a wee bit stressed bout the studying going on.

My bad habits when im stressed are coming back. =X

I ran with Zena to White Sands and back, non stop.
She changed my opinion bout running like this.

Before this, i prefer running on track.
But after that, well, it wasnt that bad.
I feel healthier now!

I need to perserve on with everything around me, like how i did with the run.

Today is Sunday, the 26 of April 2009.
I havent touch the comp during the weekdays.

But so do most people these days.
Its only 1 week to MYE!
Labour day shall be labour for the brain.

Okay, this week was alright.
Stayed back for night study on Tues.
We crashed the benches outside of the hall, but midway the lights went off.
As said from OM, Mr Ong, the lights are systemised such that they will be on or off at a specific timing.

So we crashed the benches in front of the GO.
Tian Hoe played the Rugrats theme song on the piano and it kept playing in my head for the next few days.
Maybe i shall download the song. =P

On friday, Joyce, Jol and me went to visit Est and after to Joyce's house.

Her collection of hamsters were afraid of me, i think.
'Cause im not exactly that gentle with them.
Joyce had to constantly remind me: "Dont throw the hamster back! Slowly put down!"

Her bro's drum set was awfuly cool!
I wish i had an elder bro.

Sunset was just that beautiful.

We had some wuxiang later on and hung out.

These days, i keep reading books that take place in the European's 19th century.
I think the language they used are beautiful.
The way one address one another are very courteous and very dramatic.
And i think the clothes they wear at that period are simply gorgeous!
I said that if ever i would to choose which period would i be born in, i would choose this.
But then arranged marriage, men's superiority and stuffs existed in those days, so oh well.

I like the cover songs that Keith sent me recently.

They are great!

Saturday, Dance Performance outside the National Library

Yesterday was the last public performance for us Sec 4 dancers.
It might be the last time i hang out with the juniors and see Ms Jane.
Okay no, i will go back and see everyone next time.
The performance wasnt our usual standard but most of us were in a happy mood that day so it was alright.
On the bus, i was still shouting along to our song.
"... Put your hands up!..."

After the performance, Dancers had lunch at Pastamania. =D
Tomato soup was very comforting to the stomach. =)

I woke up late.... at approximately 10am!

Normally on weekends i would not wake up later than 9.30am no matter how late i slept the previous night.
I guess i annoyed my sis the whole night, waking up coughing and finished a bottle of water in total.

Darren and Yuhin crashed my house due to boredom.

We hit Ikea and finished up 6 hot dogs, 3 currypuffs and 1 cup of refillable drink while playing a game.

After reading some personal thoughts in ramdom blogs i was wondering, its been long since i had serious thoughts.

Like really sit down and analyse the situation, on what had happened.

What im doing these days is: quickly move on and find a new goal to work on, no time to linger.

It isnt particularly bad neither is it good.

Sometimes its good to slow down and observe whats happening around first.

I should probably plan up some list on what goals am i working on soon.

For the time being, i need to practice better self discipline.

It was Mom's birthday so at night we went out to eat.

Ironic incident: i FOUND a birthday card while MAKING one.

I was rummaging through the wrappers for inspiration to make Mum's card and i found it.

I could have thrown the wrappers away without knowing. =O

& its the first time i wrote a birthday card PURELY in chinese characters. (with the aid of dictionary =P)

Saturday, Goodnews Singapore

I had practice in the morning for SYF and rushed over to tuition.

Yes, i suffered the same fate as my fellow tuition mates now.

I met up with Joyce first and we head down to the indoor stadium along with Esther and Candice.
After all these years, this is the first time i went out with Joyce for such Christian event.

We bought some food to prevent starvation from occuring. (okay, exaggerating)

We saw all ages, sizes, races waiting in line.
Yuhin went the night before and he complimented bout it.

The event was presented in both English and Chinese.

So the interpreter for Chinese had to quickly catch up with Reinhard Bonnke with his speech.
The first part was sleepy to me.

Sorry cant help it.

But the back part was okay, the mass praying and stuffs.

Have to wake up early once again to er... pay respect to the ancestors?

I went with my Mum along with 3 other relatives.

There's a pink dolphin soft toy inside the car and it was super nice to hug!

I used to be a wee bit scared at the graveyard when i was young.

But now it was okay.

Aunt and i went around exploring what was written on other people's tombstone. =X

Afternoon, went over to Darren's house to study, along with Daph, Keith and later on Yuhin.

We were bored soon after so we decided to explore his house (and turned it upside down).

We woke up at 4 and refused to climb out of bed except Rach & Esther.

We met the rest at mac for breakfast before heading to school.

Im experiencing butterflies in my stomach.

On the way to UCC, we listened to the music on the bus.

I didnt know what to feel then.

Before we went on stage, i wasnt very nervous compared to last time.

What's worse is, MY MIND IS BLANK.

....

Principal came down to support us, along with some other teachers.

I lost 80% of my voice by then.

Argh.

And back to school we had Mac lunch so HAHHA.

We joined back our class with all the make up on.

After that, all the dancers gathered together to wait for the result.

We put all the phones together and see who will get the message first.
The scene was quite funny.

Yesterday we had Dance so cant make it to the vball match.
We were released earlier, however, we werent allowed out of school.
So eventually we sneaked out of school anyhow.
We could feel freedom (& cool wind) when we stepped out onto the public pavement.
Alster, Candice, Pamela, Rachel and i went to Cafe Cartel to have lunch.
Felt the need to satisfy our tummies. =D

Im thanking God that my eyesight was still great.

Sunday, Jolyn and i went Airport to study.

HAPPY EARTH HOUR!

At 8.30pm, my family switched ON everything in the household.
Tv, comp *looks around guiltily*, lights in almost every rooms....
But at 9.10pm, i decided to do my part and switched off the light in my room.

Family had dinner at Courts today.
Yeah, Courts not really sell furniture.
And there's this whole region that sells Liverpool theme furnitures so Liverpool lovers can go check it out =)

Okay, 9.30pm already, time to switch on the lights! Ikea switched on its light too. =)
Im hooked on to this book "Her Only Desire" by Gaeleb Foley, just like how Candice is hooked to hers.
Perhaps i should be like the female lead and gives in to the desire of reading it...

19 March, Thursday - NGEE ANN'S 15 HOUR CHALLENGE

4r3 did tys, (sneak out for a bit of bball), pillow sewing and pillow painting.
First part of the day was boring.
Pillow sewing and pillow painting was quite fun. =)
A lot of people's virginity on sewing were broken.
Daphne & Est did their heart shaped pillows.
Darren did his evil coconut pillow.
Im inspired to do my own pillow at home one day. =)

20 March, Friday

Daphne, Darren, Dickson, Keith, Yuhin and i went to Vivo to film Dickson's latest video.
I brought my guitar so that Keith could change the strings.
Eventually it became a prop in the video.

Lunch (beef noodle) was great!

After videoing, we went to get something to consume.

After tuition, Daphne, Keith, YuHin and i went to check out the guitars.
Daph bought her guitar. (one word: SLEEK!)

Yuhin and i bought guitar strings.

Keith... Well he's there to give advice.

Soon, Daph was also carrying her husband around.

While Yuhin and Daph were buying stuffs from Watsons, i tried mascara on one of Keith's eye! =P

Tuition celebrated anniversary so Zhi, Min Lin and i koped some balloons from there. =D

At night, family went to eat at Han's river.

After school, some of us stayed back in class to study.

Yesterday we went to eat Seoul Garden after cca.
I was super thirsty and both of them went =O when i finished my drink, while theirs still full.

I went shopping with Min Lin. =D

Is Abortion Wrong or is it Right?

Some people will think its wrong while some will think its right.
For me, i think that it isnt wrong, but NEITHER is it right.
You have to do it for the correct reasons.

Its wrong because its a life at stake!
You cant kill a life inside you just like that.
You couldnt just think that money to abort will solve all problems.
You have to consider bout the baby inside. A living thing that may grow up to be a lil child, an adolescent, an adult, and even an elderly!
Think bout its future, the life it may get if you give them a chance to live.
And if you dont want the baby, maybe other couples who really want children want them.
They will give your child a good life with shelter and food.
The child has done no wrong to deserve such treatment.
Plus, motherly love is the most "伟大" in the world.
A mother will do anything for the child.

However, on the other hand, its not entirely wrong.
Think about how will you manage if you dont have enough money to even support yourself.
Wont your child have to suffer too?
Will you bear to see your child be reduced to skins and bones?
And if you dont love the child, whats the use of keeping her/him?
If you wont provide parental love/care for the child, your child wont be happy.
If you hate the child, no one will be happy.
And if you were pregnant because of the wrong reason, the baby will be a memory of what happened.
Will your mind and heart be prepared to receive this child?
Are you mentally ready?
Will the trauma haunt you?

In conclusion (Too much history/ss SEQ), its the reasons behind your decision that mattered. =D

PS. Those are just personal opinions so take no offence in what i wrote. =)

Hello tuesday! Its tuesdays with morrie!
HAHAH.
Anyway this morning on the bus, i saw this pen-size big yellow praying mantis with orange eyes crawling across the window.
It was.... cool. But still, i got a bit can-i-move-a-bit-away-from-the-window feeling.

& Yesterday, someone came up with this crazy idea to sit in the yoga style for the whole assembly (which is bout 1 hr?)
So Jyang, darren, daphne (she's on and off throughout) and i did it.
At the end of assembly, our legs were numb.
Past the prick and prickles state.
Feels like rubber.
Dance was still way behind schedule for SYF.
But oh well, have to work together with everyone.
Damn, i will miss everyone after SYF. =(
And most likely i wont be pursueing dance in my future education studies so have to grab this opportunity.
And my goal is to manage a split and a bridge PROPERLY before we have to leave.
And a headstand.

Hardly we get to end at 1.30 so i was very happy!

I was feeling rather jumpy on the bus then.

30 Jan, Friday

After dance, the Js went to watch Wedding Game.
I didnt know Guo Rong was INSIDE THE MOVIE! =O

This was the thing that caused me to go nauseous for the rest of the night. =S

31 Jan, Saturday

Min Lin was gorgeous in tuition! (even though i didnt expect her to wear that.)
When Denise stepped into the tuition, everyone went =O
She was pink, PINK, AND MORE PINK! (and gorgeous too)

Js, B and i went FarEast and Bugis to shop.

Got a few stuffs!
Great and tiring day. =D

How many of you have dreamt of falling?

Falling from a building, from the stairs, from the bed even.

What are the "genre" of your dreams?

I had grazillion of dreams these days.

But one thing's for sure, i am sure relieved that those aint true.

They are not nightmares like some hideous monsters chasing after me or what (wait i had dinosaur and a gigantic monkey chasing after me rather).

They are not nightmares like im being pulled into the dark or what.

They are typical stuffs like friends, jurong swimming pool (okay, twice!), erm pregnant?, lost, chased, mistakes.

But. Well, maybe reality is better for once.

Yesterday night, halfway sleeping, i was thinking of something that really bothered me.

Humans treated as dogs, as slaves.

Perhaps the movie, Unleashed, set me thinking like this.

How those "dogs" are kept in cells, whipped, in a collar.

And those puppy dog eyes they gave and the whimpering.

They dont know anything, yet they are pushed by their "masters".

Okay, so Jet Li is cute in the movie which is a bonus plus mark.

But still.

I think i spend thinking of it til the Sun rises.

And how heart-wrenching it is.

Happy CNY eve!
Before that, check this video out on the 911 incident.
Geraldine showed me the video this afternoon and really, its very sad.
Especially the phone call with the person in the building just before the building collapsed.
I felt a wave of emotion rushing at me just now.
It was really sad. But i hope this will bring a meaningful thing bout.
